Hello! Our names are Maggie and Megan. We are Licensed Master Estheticians! We are the owners and founders of The Skin Twins. We believe taking a holistic approach is an essential element in achieving your skin goals. Our passion for skin health allows clients to feel their best self through professional grade products, professional advice, and result-driven services. We are 2x certified Face Reality Acne Specialists. We specialize in Acne, Pigmentation, and scar revision. We look forward to seeing you in our treatment room!
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Skin Twins sends out multiple appointment reminders: You are given multiple chances to cancel/reschedule ahead of your appointment to avoid the different fees. The Skin Twins asks that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your service cost cancellation/rescheduling fee. Any no-shows or cancellations/reschedules with 24 hours or less notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Failure to pay cancellation or rescheduling fees will result in blockage from booking future appointments until paid. After 1 no-shows or 1 same day cancellation, you will not be able to book further appointments with The Skin Twins. One free reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules may be offered at our discretion. Exceptions for emergencies such as illness or family emergencies. Reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be required to adhere to the above mentioned policies for cancellations. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
